Terri Bolyard
Ms. Bolyard wrote her first book when she was 8 years old and has never looked back. Most of her childhood was spent reading every Nancy Drew book she could get her hands on and daydreaming about being a writer. Her life took a detour when she got college, majoring in accounting and then going on to law school. Today, she is an international tax attorney but to keep the other side of her brain out of trouble, she has written six novels.

Her novel, Tootsie Takes Wall Street, won the Women’s Fiction category of the Tampa Area Romance Authors contest and finished in the top quarter of the Romantic Elements category of the Romance Writers of America’s Golden Heart Contest.

Confessions of a Labrador Retriever, (formerly called What’s The Worse That Can Happen?) won the Single Title category of the Silicon Valley RWA’s Gotcha contest, second place in the Single Title category of the Connecticut RWA Write Stuff Contest, second place in the Paranormal category of the Portland Romance Writers Golden Rose Contest, and third place in the Paranormal Category of the Utah Romance Writers Heart of the West Contest.

The Other Son is currently a finalist in the Romantic Suspense Category of the Silicon Valley Romance Writers Gotcha Contest.

While not writing, Terri enjoys boating, walking on the beach, reading and playing with her Cocker Spaniels, Oreo, Tater Tot and Jelly Bean.
